Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Farha application ("App") or visiting sendfarha.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Farha. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Farha. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. Users under 13 are not permitted to create an account or use Farha. By using Farha, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@sendfarha.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Farha allows you to submit, post, and share content including wishlist items, photos, notes, and messages ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant Farha a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute it solely to operate the service. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

You agree to use Farha only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not: • Use the App to transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited communications • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the App without our written consent • Use the App to impersonate any person or entity • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the App's infrastructure

Farha may display links to third-party websites or allow you to import product information from external retailers. These third-party sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Certain features of Farha, such as Group Gifting contributions, may involve payment processing facilitated by third-party payment providers (including Stripe). By initiating or participating in a payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. Farha does not store full payment card information on its servers. All transactions are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you have a payment dispute, please contact support@sendfarha.com within 30 days of the transaction. For purchases made through the Apple App Store, refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. For purchases made through Google Play, refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Please contact the respective store directly for in-app purchase refunds.

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software comprising the Farha App and Site are the property of Farha Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Farha is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farha Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months prior to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Farha at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.
